My product was approved in Onvif conformance database, is it possible to change the DoC files etc, in case there is an update?

Hello,

If you mean that your device or client has been updated you can just rerun the conformance tests again and submit the documents for the new FW/SW.

It is not possible to update already submitted documents, in that case you will have to request ONVIF deletes the full submission and then you will have to resubmit with the new set of documents.
